DC Nation Doom Patrol Chapter Six

So the hits just keep coming. This episode - Chapter Six - takes on Doom Patrol #86, the first issue with the DP brand flying on the cover. Naturally, this has been moderned up a bit, but it's enjoyable as all heck -- and less than two minutes long!

How about that incredible intro? I could watch that ALL DAY. 

Here's my problem, my friends. I've seen the first episode and this one, but I cannot for the life of me enter the right alchemic mix of search terms in YouTube to uncover Chapters 2, 3, 4 or 5. For all I know there's a Chapter Seven and so on. I don't watch the current DC Nation, so I don't catch these "live," but I'm considering taking up some space on the ol' DVR. 

Meanwhile, sound off about this latest chapter. Personally, I'm digging the retro awesomeness of it all.

Boy, oh boy, was I thrilled to see the link on CBR declaring that the Doom Patrol clip and stills were available.

I'm not sure what the actual air date is, but it seems like it might be tied to Teen Titans Go! Admittedly, I found the one and only episode of TTG! that I've viewed to be a little too pointless for me. That said, I do supposed this is why Niles Caulder invented DVRs, right?

Personally, I love it! 

I love the way Rita and Cliff work together, the way Larry's body falls limp, the crotchety old man voice they gave Immortus - I love EVERY BIT of it and cannot wait to see more!! 

Sure, this is a bit of a stretch for a Gal Friday feature, but I'm making and breaking my own rules here.

Hello again my friends! Busy, busy, busy. Yet, somehow, I keep finding ways to get even busier.

It's not that I don't still love the Doom Patrol, I'm just all over the map right now, reviewing for CBR, doing other stuff for Back to the Past, working, being a dad, y'know, stuff.

At any rate, a little while back, I caught the trailer for the DC Nation and thought I saw something Doom Patrolish.

I did.

Larry, Larry, Larry. Why, it's almost enough to bring back Negative Mondays, isn't it?!?

Then, while doing some reading of those wonderful sites over there (-->) I happened across this from Sue of DC Women Kicking Ass site.

Sorry, Sue, it was so Doom Patrolriffic, I had to snag it first and ask permission later (if at all).

Looks like the DP is going to be a regular bit on this new DC Nation.
